had an outing with my aunt's family yday. :) a relaxing outing, n gr8 food too haha. we went to Harbour City Restaurant inside the PSA building at noon. had dim sum, beijing roast duck, scallop tofu (their signature dish but i felt the tofu wasn't the best i had eaten. this is also the MOST expensive!), prawn rolls, char siew su tt i didn't eat, something fried that contained honeydew. v yummy haha! :)

the honeydew thing was the best out of all of them. but i committed a few crimes yday, eating prawns that was inside the prawn roll that i only knew after i dissect it apart, and the siew mai too had prawns. lucky it didn't make the itch worse haha. :)

it was quite good food they offer. the waitresses serving us were all quite middle-age aunties, have loud voices. ah fu's whole family was there, gu po, ah yi n daryl. the bill came later. $300++!

after our meal, we went to Telok Blangah Hill Park. my sandals dropped off at one point when we were going upslope becos it was wet n hardly any friction left b/w my foot n the shoe. quite embarrassing lol. :) then we went to see the Southern Ridges, walked a v long bridge halfway n turned back becos the car was still at the entrance. hadn't seen it before; it was good going there to see it. later we went to a carpark garden. a lot of pretty flowers n a pond with v colourful fishes that my mother liked a lot. it was quite a sight. :) but a bit bored becos we walked v slowly n kept stopping.

all in all, it was a good get-together. we hadn't had any since we were v young children. ty ah yi for organising it. :) tired by the end of the day, glad to be home.
